The Look up tool is a website which interfaces with HMS2008 to allow members, employers, and providers to view “limited” information on their medical records. Equips providers with a tool to quickly verify membership and ascertain whether a patient is a currently active member of the fund. This tool can be easily integrated with other Medical Aid Systems after going through configuration analysis which such system of other Medical Aids.

This is a membership enquiry platform for healthcare providers in Zimbabwe. askHMS is part of a suite of applications developed for the healthcare industry. Its main purpose is to allow for membership checking of patients or clients prior to treatment.
